Berwickstock '08

Berwickstock 08

On Saturday the Firebox crew took part in an awesome event called 'Berwickstock '08' a festival in a house on Berwick Street in London. The event featured many Firebox products but most importantly it was a showcase for some new up and coming acts like Jont, Valentina, Saul Ashby, Sharon Lewis and the fantastic Brett Domino Trio.

That's right! Our very own Brett Domino, who not so long ago sent in his video for the Stylophone Original and won the Video of the Week competition at Firebox.  Which goes to show that us here at Firebox could be your route to fame and fortune since we're always looking out for the YouTube stars of tomorrow who could perform at the next Berwickstock! Brett and his Trio played a blinding set of 80's classics such as 'Total Eclipse Of The Heart' and 'Beat It', making the crowd go wild and his keyboard go up to eleven.

The festival was a huge success and got everyone into the festival mood with its real grass floor, musicians, wristbands, backstage areas and distressed hippies.
