Can you tell we love cake here at firebox! This ingenious bit of birthday cake sculpturing was made for a cycle obsessive Fireboxer. Complete with chocolate pathways, tribute sign to Tommy Simpson and of course fireboxer cyclists!

This victorian sponge cake was made using the Giant Cupcake Tin, be prepared to supersize your ingredients though - at least 8 eggs were used!
