Mont Ventoux Giant Cupcake mmm...

Can you tell we love cake here at firebox! This ingenious bit of birthday cake sculpturing was made for a cycle obsessive Fireboxer. Complete with chocolate pathways, tribute sign to Tommy Simpson and of course fireboxer cyclists!

This victorian sponge cake was made using the Giant Cupcake Tin, be prepared to supersize your ingredients though - at least 8 eggs were used!

Right Ol' Cockney Knees Up

Yesterday Firebox supported a right ol' cockney knees up at Bethnal Green working Men's Club. The 'Big Bad Christmas Bonanza' had bands, Santa’s grotto, and a designer raffle in aid of the Pearly Kings and Queens charity, as well as all type of crafts, vintage and arts.

The pearly queens were on top form, singing the old Chas & Dave hits. We even had time to fit in a couple of mulled wine's whilst raffling off some Firebox gifts!

Congratulations to Jen Holland, Aimee Valentine Marshall and Harriet Barford who made the day run smoothly.
