Our 100th Posting!

Believe it or not this is the 100th posting on our lovely new (not so 'new' anymore) blog. That's right, 100! So we thought we'd take this chance to thank our regular visitors and to welcome new visitors too!

And as it is our 100th posting, what better way to celebrate then to tell you a little bit about what is going on behind the orange walls of Firebox HQ. Well, it's a busy time for all at the moment as summer is our Christmas season believe it or not! So as we sweat in the office we are thinking about colder times ahead, the snow, the bad commutes and what could be the next big present to give.

Our buying team are definitely on 'look-out' mode for the next big Christmas toy. Their desks are filled with new toys and gadgets, enough to make Santa jealous we can tell ya! We've already hinted at Morph in the blog but there are definitely some cool new products to hold on for! You want clues? OK how about a wicked new game to attach your iPod too? Or a brilliant new remote control toy to impress your mates in the office with!

Our design team are also busy creating a lovely Christmas catalogue which will be going into newspapers and dropping through your door just in time to buy your presents. They've also been working on some cool videos or two like the one in today's newsletter.

The Press Team are getting out and about spreading the good word of Firebox. Giving all the top magazines sneak peeks at some awesome gadgets and arranging some cool events.

In the meantime we still enjoy receiving your photo's and video's for our weekly prize. We've had some really good entries recently and it would be great to receive more video reviews of our products that you've just bought. Always makes us chuckle on a Monday morning anyway!
